Also I went to Conifer today to shoot a wedding ceremony video for Rev. Diane Reiss. Diane will be also performing our wedding ceremony in September as well and she needed some footage for her website and to show prospective clients. Assisting ~ Fabio Cardoso

I assisted a lifestyle stock photography photographer named Fabio today. He is originally from Miami and has recently made his home here in Denver... although he still travels a lot taking photographs and doesn't spend too much time here. Today we went to a medical facility and worked with models and staged photos of how a hospital works. I always enjoy working with other photographers as it gives me a chance to investigate new techniques and spend time perfecting my craft as well as chat with collegues while offering up my services. Portrait ~ Heather & Story

Our friends, Heather & Curt recently had a baby they named Story. Although Heather is an accomplished photographer herself... she didn't have any photos with her and the baby in them so I offered to set take some of her. Story was such a joy to photograph! And the photos we took will be lasting moments for the both of them!

Video ~ George's Bday & Bob's Bday + Bob & Joni's Anniversary

I had a very busy Saturday. I filmed two parties in one day. Each of them were a change in the usual weddings and a lot of fun!
Barbara met me at a Bridal Show I did in March... she was looking for someone to videotape the surprise party she was throwing for her husband, George's 60th Birthday! And boy did she surprise him... he had no clue... and those are always the best! As an added gift to him she wanted the guests to give some well wishes to him on tape. So I set up by the resturant's entrance and made sure to get a little dialog from every guest as they were leaving. I'm sure he's going to love it and it will be a treasure memory in the years to come.
Joni contacted me just three days ago looking for someone to cover the party they were throwing for both her husband, Bob's 50th birthday and their 25th wedding anniversary. Luckily there was plenty of time between the two parties and I was able to do them both. I was touched immensely by their story of trials and joys and I felt fortunate to be a part of their big day! It's great to see a marriage that has lasted the tests of time!
