The Bridal Library's Annual Showcase at Hudson Gardens

Here are some photos I took at the bridal show at Hudson Gardens Event Center today. We had a lot of fun... met some great couples and vendors! If you missed it, here's what you missed out on!

Bridal Show Tomorrow!!!

Just wanted to mention that we are doing a bridal show tomorrow Sunday, January 27th at the Hudson Gardens Event Center in Littleton. We do this show every year with the Bridal Library. We're usually not very big on the bridal shows... mainly because they feel like a cattle call... so many people so many vendors and not enough time to really connect with anyone. That's why we like doing this one! It's smaller, but still has quite a lot of vendors... about 3-4 in every category, it's personalized... every year the bridal library's owner, Sunshine comes up with a theme that we have to create our booth's around... this year it is Earth, Fire, & Water (not sure what happened to air) We'll be swimming in the H20 section! So lots of blues and silvers!

Anyways, if you haven't had a chance to meet with us yet and you are still looking for other vendors for your wedding such as: cakes, floral, etc. then stop by and see us tomorrow. The cost is $5 unless you bring your groom... then it's FREE! They even have a groom's room with games and stuff to keep him entertained when he gets tired of all the wedding stuff!

Senior ~ Summer

A little bit of Summer in the middle of Winter! Summer still needed her senior portraits taken so we ventured out on one of the coldest days on record this year in Denver. We were limited a bit for lack of greenery, but not with our imaginations and decided to head downtown to use some of Denver's fantastic architecture for our backdrops! We also decided to do some fun indoor portraits as well! It was a great cure for the winter time blahs! Family Portraits ~ Schenfelds

I had the privilage of of photographing a family I met over the summer today. Prim and her husband, Don run and operate a very successful hog roast and catering business right here in Arvada. They also have a very nice outdoor facility for company & family picnics as well as weddings. It was an honor to photograph the entire family as well as the heads of the family. Also a couple who were getting married the following day at the court house.

Happy New Year!! & Updates

Just wanted to take a moment and wish everyone a Happy New Year.... the holidays are behind us again and we're looking forward to a little R&R before we hit the wedding season running again, but for me it's not too much rest as I've been keeping myself busy working on all of those wedding albums from over the summer. I'm almost caught up again so shortly I will be notifying all of you that have not picked out your choices for your album to ask you to get them to me soon! I'd like to have all of 2007's completed before Spring! Also the longer you wait the closer you run into danger of losing your print and album credits. So please, please help me out by getting your picks to me soon...
Also we've been meeting with a lot of couples for the 2008 season! We are almost completely booked for weekends in June, but we still have a few Spring dates as well as late summer & fall dates available. If you are thinking of possibly using us for your wedding coverage I suggest meeting with us as soon as possible. We are still offering a 20% discount on any video package if we are booked for photography for the same day and my husband's disc jockey company, Digital DJ, LLC http://www.digitaldjcolorado.com is also offering a 20% discount on their services as well if we are also booked for photography. So a lot of savings can be had by using us for all three services! Very much worth checking us out! There are also some coupons out there floating around for us so keep your eyes peeled in the mail or at bridal shops & shows!
