Class Reunion - Wheat Ridge HS 1978

My husband and I went to Lakewood Country Club this evening to take a large group photo of a 30th High School Reunion for another photographer's company: C. DiLizia Photography. Pretty straight forward photograph... a little difficult to get everyone rounded up for a shot like this, but that's why I bring Mike with... he's great at getting groups' attentions!

Wedding ~ Nichole & Jeff

It has been a few years since we've done a wedding at Mount Vernon Event Center... I actually think the last time we were there was right after it opened... it was beautiful then, but even more so now since all of the greenery that has filled in and they also added the new stone path. It has lots of built in photo opportunities! Nichole & Jeff came to us after their friends' Colleen & Anthony recommended us... so not only did we have a great time providing all three services again with our business partner, Fred at Digital DJ, LLC, but we also got to see Colleen & Anthony again and found out they are expecting a baby in about eight months! Congratulations you two!!
I was particularly touched by the fact that Nichole & Jeff wrote their own vows to each other!! Not as many people do that as you would think... so it was pretty heart touching! Everything went spectacularly. And the rain even passed over us with just a couple sprinkles. Creating some beautiful light for pictures. Congratulations on your wedding again!! Wedding ~ Amy & Matt

Just thought I would share a few images from Matt & Amy's wedding... there were so many great ones I decided to pick ones that were great, but not my usual first picks, for different reasons.... First I love the close-up of the two of them in a romantic moment with the lens baby... very dreamy, 2nd the shoe chair... what an awesome idea... way to go Amy!, the third was from the high vantage point during the ceremony often times as the photographer I'm the only one who gets this shot!The 4th photo is of the guys... most of the time it is all about the bride, but this time I also got some really fun shots of the groom and his men too! The 5th shot is from their first dance... I just really loved the lighting at this facility... it's called the Asbury Event Center. It was our first time there... it's an old methodist church that has been converted into a wedding and event center. Very Cool... They don't have a website from what I can tell yet. I did awesome on both the bouquet and garter on this one! I got both of them mid-air... sometimes the planets are just aligned in a certain way that makes everything... ok... I'm just lucky!! Anyways... it was an amazing wedding... I don't think I've ever seen Amy so happy and I've known her since I was 13!! Bat Mitzvah ~ Brittany

We were honored to be of service to Brittany and her family for her bat mitzvah on top of Flagstaff Mountain in Boulder. This being the first mitzvah my husband and I have covered... it could not have been a more beautiful place to hold a ceremony. It was a bit windy that day due to some weather coming over the mountains, but we all managed. The ceremony was officiated by Rabbi Jamie Korngold who is known as the Adventure Rabbi. If you are like us and have never heard of the Adventure Rabbi I invite you to check out the website. Her specialty is taking people into the most unlikely places on "adventures" for their religious ceremonies. What a fun way to celebrate such a memorable occasion! Brittany and her family traveled all the way from Missouri for her one of a kind mitzvah turning the whole event into a mini vacation. Congrats again! And hope you had a wonderful stay here in Colorado and a safe journey on to Wyoming and home again!

Little Theatre Culture Centers ~ Big Show

We just finished taping and photographing the students of Little Theatre Culture Center at their annual "Big Show" As always this is one of our biggest productions of the year, so consequently it takes a long time to edit and can also put production of some of our other events behind. Thank You ~ Butts Wedding

Just received a thank you card from Jean and Alonzo we covered their wedding back in March for photography and my husband's company, Digital DJ, LLC provided music for both the ceremony and the reception. The Embassy Suites on Hampden was a new venue for me... and as far as indoor hotel wedding venues goes it was great for us! There were many locations to photograph Jean and Alonzo alone and also with their wedding party, family, and friends. Thank you again for your business!! We had a great time! What a perfect way to start out our busy wedding season!
