Wedding ~ Rachel & Matt

Rachel and Matt were married at The Timbers Hotel in Denver today. An excellent facility with a top notch staff that catered to their every need. I suggested that instead of doing a receiving line that the couple should do a group photo with all of their guests, a wonderful way to commemorate everyone who attended and perfect for a small to medium size wedding. We decided on a location and were able to set up everything beforehand with the hotel's wedding coordinator... the officiant asked that all the guests go outside into the courtyard after the ceremony and then Mike and I had access to one of the rooms on the 2nd floor so that we could get the higher angle of the guests... this is quickly becoming a very popular alternative to the receiving line and takes a fraction of the time allowing you and your guests to get on to the party quicker... the bride & groom usually finish their meals first leaving them with enough time to go from table to table greeting their guests in a more relaxed atmosphere.
